The Financial Operations Leadership Academy is a comprehensive educational, networking, and leadership development program for the most promising up-and-coming professionals in the field. The rigorous, nine-month curriculum combines existing IFO offerings with innovative learning experiences offered exclusively to Academy incumbents.
By identifying, uniting and developing leaders from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, the Leadership Academy is dedicated to helping individuals in the financial operations field advance in their careers and become leaders both within their organizations and within the profession as a whole.
Our aim is to increase awareness of professional best practices, trends, research and issues; give participants the knowledge and the tools to become more productive, efficient and accurate in carrying out their responsibilities; and more effective in leading their teams.
The Leadership Academy is also a way to develop leaders within the financial operations profession, individuals who will be advocates and ambassadors for the profession and who will advance the profession by promoting the highest standards and industry best practices.
Your contributions provide scholarship opportunities to send the brightest in financial operations through this extensive educational program to inspire active involvement and encourage greater responsibility for the purpose of strengthening the profession for today and tomorrow.

Matching Gifts Program
You can often increase the value of your contribution to The Foundation through a corporate matching gifts program. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation operating exclusively for research and educational purposes. As such, it may be eligible for matching and sometimes doubling grants under many corporate contribution programs.
